About Workshop

Distillation....Extraction

These workshops are for anyone who wants to gain hands-on experience with distillation and extraction, while working with what is locally 

available and in season in that unique location. So each workshop will have its own

distinct experience and flavour.

Our next workshop is in the beautiful Kauaeranga Valley Hall.

The workshop will cover distilling essential oils, hydrosol, alcohol and gin-making.

Also creating a range of products with the results.

We will have a feast off delicious, local home-style cooking, so come along for the Saturday, Sunday or make a weekend Retreat.
